Redemption Cemetery: Curse of the Raven is a hidden object game and your job is to complete the search and find the objects to help free the spirits. No sooner than you find the objects are you handed over the next task, which keeps you interested in the game. You know that the only way to escape from the cemetery is to help these restless ghosts, and so you need to help find objects and set them free so that they can save their dear ones. Do not be afraid of the ghosts. They are pleading you for your help. It is you alone who can be their savior. They are all the time whining about this or other, like they could not save their wife or child in real life. Be patient to hear their grievances and do what they want. This is the way you will advance in the game. You have to hear their stories and what happened to them in real life. All this sounds gory, but believe me, once you are in the game for 5 minutes, you will be totally engrossed as the graphics and the sounds are terrific and you feel like helping the poor ghosts to let them do what they want.

The game play involves removing obstacles and solving puzzles, which is necessary to move forward. While this does not match with the settings of the game, you feel satisfied after solving a puzzle or removing an obstacle. You get objects to help the ghosts, but even these you have to search around. Some of the puzzles are elementary in nature, but for others you may have to do a bit of thinking, and this makes you feel gratified. There are levels in the game, but you find yourself in the same area many times, and this is a bit frustrating. But there are many things to do, and this is what keeps you going in the game.
